Full professor from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Department of Veterinary Medicine, and researcher in food microbiology with several scientific projects supported by CAPES, CNPq and FAPEMIG. He has experience in microbial interactions, food safety and quality, and rapid methods in food microbiology.

Ricardo Seiti Yamatogi

Adjunct professor from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Department of Veterinary Medicine, and researcher in food inspection, microbiology and molecular biology, with scientific projects supported by FAPEMIG and CNPq. Experience in food microbiology and molecular biology.

Paulo Sérgio de Arruda Pinto

Retired professor from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Department of Veterinary Medicine, and researcher in food inspection. His current scientific activities are focused on cysticercosis.
